Warped Tour was SO SICKKKK! I went with my friend Najla, and this year was our first time going too. As much as it sucks to get bad tans, face & scalp sunburns, buy overpriced drinks, be a walking sweat machine, and be around gross people, IT WAS SO WORTH IT OMFG. I got to watch TAI, Cobra Starship, Paramore, Jack's Mannequin, Katy Perry, Say Anything, Angels & Airwaves, We The Kings, Gym Class Heroes, and The Concerta Circus. I didn't get to meet Andrew McMahon :'(, but I did meet Nate from Cobra, Jack and William (TAI) again, and Dan Lipski<3 omg :D

Najla's mom drove us to Sam Houston Race Park, and we got there around noon with cloudy skies. We bought tickets, and there was conveniently a guy that gave us the time schedule. I almost died when I found out FTSK already played. Thanks Kevin Lyman. They had an acoustic set to later on in the day, but I missed that too.. ok so I fail. :( Well, at least Cobra was on at 1:20, so we just checked out the tents and looked for where each stage was. I bought a Jack's Mannequin shirt and changed into it luls, and I bought my brother those Kanye West glasses haha. Najla has a button fetish, so she bought buttons at TWLOHA, FBR, & Paramore. I met up with my friend Tracy, whom was working at the FBR tent. Then, Najla & I checked out The Concerta Circus at the Kevin Says Stage. They were actually pretty good!

COBRA STARSHIP: It was like around 12:50 when we started waiting for Cobra. We got a pretty good spot (mid-front right side). Cobra came on and a dance massacre ensued. THEY WERE SO FUN OMG :D Sisky and the Butcher traded off playing bass since Alex was MIA. lol omg during "Smile for the Paparazzi", Butcher brought out maracas and started dancing. It's way much better than Gabe's version of dancing: crotch-grabbing. o and I spotted Lindsey (Sisky's gf) in the back watching. Even though the link to the photo is blurry (sry) she is BEYOND PRETTY IRL. She was watching Sisky most of the time with a admiring smile on her face. William and LOL PAUL WALL came onstage for Snakes on a Plane. The crowd went crazy for him b/c hello Houston represent. :D "Hollaback Boy" was definitely the highlight of the set. People were crazy pushing and the sun was beating, so Najla couldn't handle it anymore. I left with her mid-song of "Guilty Pleasure".

RANDOM BANDS: Out of all the bands I saw today, Cobra was the most chaotic b/c the sun was at its highest and the fans were rabid animals pm. We were so drowned in sweat, so we bought water and pizza lol hungry~. But we ate only half of the slice b/c we were more dehydrated. We chilled on the grass and then went to the Family Force 5 signing. Najla was living it up with the cute blond one, Chap Stique~ lols. We caught a few songs of Angels & Airwaves, Say Anything, and We The Kings. WTK was so boring. A&A was incredible. Say Anything was really good, even though I only knew "Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too" haha. I caught "Cupid's Chokehold" of GCH's set, and Travis dedicated it to his gf Katy Perry.. so so cute. He was wearing a rice hat LOL and he stopped mid-song and said he felt like he was in Mortal Kombat. god what a bamf<3. I saw my two friends Nicole & Mary while walking around. When they told me about Jack's Mannequin's acoustic set at the MySpace tent, I ran all the way to the tent and when I got there, I asked a girl who had just played and she said Jack's. FML :'[

KATY PERRY: SHE IS SO GORGEOUS. She was having the time of her life on stage and didn't even break a sweat. She was so feminine and SASSY. "Hot N Cold" was so catchy and fun. Hayley from Paramore was watching them and I took stalkerazzi shots luls. My cousins Elise and Angela just arrived at Warped and were texting and calling me NONSTOP and asking where I was. I told them like at least 20 times I was watching Katy Perry at the Hurley.com stage and to just go walk around or w/e and I'll meet up with them later. And they kept on and on asking, "WHERE'S THE STAGE OMG?" They were throwing off my Katy Perry groove~ ok. After her set, they called me another 50 times and I was yelling at them b/c hello pissing me off. And they said for ME to chill. um xcuse you, I'm not the one that called 100 times to know where I am after I've said it 50 times already. It was their first time at Warped too, and they thought it was like a regular show wot. Anyways talking about it gets me annoyed so I'll stop. o and then I spotted them at the right main stage. Things cooled down and all was forgotten w/e. Then we split up and Najla & I sat down on the grass away from the heatstroke sun.

JACK'S MANNEQUIN: At 5, we went to the right main stage and waited for Jack's to perform. It was my first time ever seeing them. I cried during "Dark Blue" tbh. Andrew McMahon means more than world to me. Every time he played the harmonica, I died. They performed a new song called "American Love" off The Glass Passenger OMG :D. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH IT'S NOT NORMAL. He has such heartwarming stage presence. la la loo0ove him. :') (omg excuse the cheesiness) o William came out for "La La Lie". My two favorite people on the same stage. hello best day ever. UNFORTUNATELY, I had to skip Jack's last song and walk to the left main stage and wait for TAI.

THE ACADEMY IS...: I didn't get that great of a spot b/c this guy was smoking right next to me ugh and curly guy needed to gtfo. But thankfully, I was pushed to a better spot woo~. TAI didn't perform that great tbh, but I'd still go see them again in a heartbeat. Big Mess was a winner. My camera memory was full during my favorite AH song "Skeptics" ugh. Oh yeah, TAI won the extra 10 minutes. The new songs were pretty okay... it wasn't holy sh- amazing, but I'll try to keep being open-minded. He also mentioned that Andrew McMahon produced a song on their new album tg. Travis from WTK came onstage for "About A Girl" and Bill said they're touring with them in the fall. Their last song was "Checkmarks" and that's when William came into the crowd. HOT MOMENT: When William was on the barricade for "Checkmarks", everyone was paying attention to him while I was watching Mike. I was so into~ it and singing my heart out, so I pointed to Mike and he pointed back and gave me the biggest smile. So then I geeked out and made a heart sign with my hands haha. ~fin of TAI's set~

SIGNINGS/ENCOUNTERS: Najla and I ran to the Jacks signing, but the line was the longest I've seen that day. It could've extended across 10 tents. It started at 6:30, but they weren't there yet. Tracy, Angela, and Elise came over too, but then Tracy went to get something to drink and I was going to see if TAI was going to have a signing. There was a line at their tent, but it wasn't confirmed that anyone was coming. Ziggy (TAI's merch guy) told me that there wasn't going to be the SLH listening rendezvous~ b/c Jack's editing TAI TV. WAT R U SRS. So 5 min passed and Ziggy paged someone and he said "BILL BECKETT WILL BE IN THE HOUSE." Najla, Angela, and Elise came over to the TAI tent b/c I already knew the line for Jacks was going to be cut way before I got even close :'( so I thought at least if I can't meet Andrew, I can meet Bill again. I saw Nate from Cobra too lols. He was just chilling with these two merch guys. People weren't asking him for a photo or autograph till I came over tyvm lol and I asked him if I could have a photo. He's so awkward, but in an adorable sense.

There was also Travis from WTK, but Idrc enough to ask. There was a pretty long line when William and Jack came. I wanted to meet Bill, but I'd be indifferent if I didn't. Angela and Najla wanted to meet him pretty badly though. I was looking around for Tracy since she was working at the FBR tent and I saw her with none other than DAN LIPSKI. Oh my dear god, I creamed myself tbh. He was at the Cobra tent, and I wanted to take a picture with him. At first I was so nervous lol idk why. I kept making excuses like "oh nvm he just lit up a smoke. I dnw to bother him." But then my inner fangirl dominated. Since I'm an amateur at meeting band members/crew, I felt so awkward going to their tent. I didn't know what to say for the first 7 seconds and I saw Tracy in the FBR tent mouth "Call his name." Why didn't I do that in the first place? god so obvious. Convo:
Me: Dann! -waves- Hii! :]
Dan: Heyyy! :D (brb insides melting)
Me: Could I get a picture with you?
Dan: Yeah of course! :D
-I gave Najla the camera-
Me: I love your shirt! (I really did lol. It said "Keep A Breast is for Lovers.")
Dan: omg ty :) (His face was so close to mine omg unf~)

Dan: o0o can I see it?
-looks-
Dan: :DDD SWEET!
Me: LOL tysm :)

And we say bye etc. lol not much variety, but idc. He was so genuine omfg lol so happy :* <3333333

William was still signing when I got back, and Jack was right next to me. so then I was like lol hay lets talk to Jack. lol convo:
Me: -in a jokingly scolding tone- omg Jack, how dare you call off the SLH listening thing for.. TAI TV? People can wait.
Jack: -laughs- lol omg sorry. I had to edit the new episode. :/ Wait, what time does Warped end today?
Me: I think probably a little earlier than 9.
Jack: Aw man. I could've done it after the signing, but it'd be too late. I'm sorry.
Me: Oh no, it's ok. Totally fine. :]

Then some girls were all over William and then Jack was like "lol girlz step back pls." lol back to convo:

Jack: -has a :/ on his face-
Me: (so then I felt bad) Jackk :D I know how you can make it up to me.
Jack: Haha ok, what is it?
Me: (lol) Can I have a photo with you?
Jack: omg yeah.
-I hand the camera to Najla-
Jack: lol k I'm making a funny face.
(I didn't do one b/c he said it right when the flash went off.)
Jack: Hey put it on buzznet! This one time, I spent like the entire night on Buzznet looking at photos with me and fans.
Me: Ahahaha ok, I will.
Jack: I'm only popular b/c of association with these guys.
Me: -I put my hand on his shoulder lol deep~- You're already amazing on your own. (My mind was going blank and distracted. I wish I could've said something not so redundant~.)
Jack: Haha aw ty. (what a sweetheart really.)

Then Jack tells William it's time to go. They start walking and the girls form a circle around him. Angela didn't get to meet him :/ but Najla got an autograph at the last second. This girl was practically William's shadow and was like "WILLIAM OMG DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN YOU TRIPPED ME AT WAREHOUSE LIVE LAST YEAR?" She asked that 10 times tbh. And Bill goes "yeah yeah." And she says, "I still have scars from it, so you owe me an autograph. haha" And then Bill goes "Heh we all have scars." lol he's so ridic<3 At least the girls didn't follow him all the way back to the bus lol. I didn't really feel the need say anything to him tbh. It just felt nice to be around him haha :))

PARAMORE: Angela and Elise went home after the signing. I was still bummed out about not getting to meet Andrew, but Paramore kinda made up for it LOL. I'm being serious. Since Kevin Lyman is the cleverest man ever, he put Paramore last at 8pm, so people can stay and buy more water lol and check out more bands. Paramore didn't come last year, and it's been a while since they've been in Houston and they're so big now. Paramore to Najla is TAI to me. We didn't get that far up. We were in the back, but not in the way ridic back. I couldn't see them much though. My camera battery ran out, so there was nothing to do except.. enjoy! lol and I most definitely did. I HAD SO MUCH FUN IT WAS RIDICULOUS. I subconsciously memorized the words ok. I didn't even know the song titles and I'm just singing the lyrics with ease~. I was having such a good time. Their music is so catchy and you cannot not have a good time with it. Najla and I were so so into it. Najla was diagonally behind me, and there was this guy that was next to me and saw how much we were so into~ it and he let her cut in front of him. lol so nice. I had the most fun at Paramore tbh, but my favorite set to watch was Jacks :]

I got to see some of my favorite bands for just the price of $37. Sweet deal imo haha.
Since I met TAI last October, I was now kinda used to seeing band members irl haha (dn laugh pls). b/c when I saw TAI at the SWG m&g, they looked so ridiculously 3-D and full of color. So tangible! And then at Warped, I wasn't as :o in that way but :o as in hello favorite band.
Warped is probably the highlight of my summer. This was all worth the sunburn, nasty tans, sore throat, and sore limbs. definitely all worth it.

10-3-07 SWG Houston @ Warehouse Live

You can read my short recap of it here, but this one is the long and detailed version. Baha. I remembered most of the conversations I had with the guys.

My friend Ahna, her mom, and I got to the venue around 6:30. I asked the guy at Will Call when was the m&g, he said it was at 7:30 and to meet at the bar. I'll elaborate more on that later. I went to go buy merch. I bought the purple TAI shirt + the tote bag. I forgot to buy the tour shirt D: but oh well. Ahna & I made our way to the 3rd front row and center. Sherwood came on around 7. They were okay, I guess. I only knew one song. I DID see Butcher, Sisky, & William watch them from the back/side stage. :D Then The Rocket Summer. Pretty good. They came on at 7:30. I turned around to look over the crowd to the bar, but didn't see any commotion going around, so I didn't check it out. <--HUGE MISTAKE
I left the crowd at 7:45 and asked TAI's merch guy what's up with the m&g. He said it already started. D: I went outside to the Will Call booth and a guy (I don't know what he does, but he was either affiliated with the venue or the band) said to go back in. I told him how I had the confirmation email, but didn't get a wristband b/c I came too late and the guy at the Will Call booth said to just wait by the bar. Thanks for the help man. :[[ So then the other guy who told me to go back in told me to follow him to this room where the m&g was held. He told me to wait outside and he came back out and told me to go in..

First person I saw, JACK. :) First off, let me just say, I've never been more nervous in my life. I completely unexpected my reaction when meeting the guys. When I walked in the room, there were roughly around 15 people.

Jack: Hey! I'm Jack. What's your name?
Me: Hey Jack. I'm Kimberley.
Jack: What happened? Where's your wristband?
Me: I didn't get one. I came at 6:30 and the guy at Will Call told me to just wait by the bar at 7:30. It was really confusing since I didn't know all the details.
Jack: Ooo.. show me the email.
-shows the email-
Jack: -points out "Get at the venue an hour before the show"-
-looks up at me and smiles-
Me: I know I know. I'm sorry!
Jack: It's ok. It's ok. There's not much time left, but I'll let you stay a little longer to meet all the guys. Ok?
Me: Aw thanks!
Jack: Hey look there's Mike.

(Mike was standing all alone just looking around.)
-we walk up to him-
Jack: Mike. This is Kimberley. She came late.
-Jack leaves-
(in my head, i think, "holy fuck. mike fucking carden. jeez, his eyes are even more gorgeous in person.)
Mike: Hi Kimberley. I'm Mike.
Me: I'm Mi- Kimberley. Nice to meet you.
(wtf?! did i just say i was mike?)
-we shake hands-
Mike: So what happened? -concerned look on his face-
Me: I didn't know where the m&g was being held and just got confused by the time and wristbands. Ahh!
Mike: -laughs- Aww, at least you're here now. Did you want me to sign something? Ticket stub? CD?
(holy hell. i totally forgot about that.)
Me: Yeah definitely. -reaches into my bag and gets the Santi cd out-
-he signs it and gives it back-
Me: Thanks so much, Mike!
Mike: -smiles-
(i died.)
Mike: Hey let's let you meet some of the other guys, ok? I don't want you to be missing out.
(oh wow. that was completely unexpected, to be honest.)
-Chiz walks by-
Mike: Hey Chislett!
-Chiz stops + turns around-
(holla!)
Mike: This is Kimberley. She got to the m&g late.
Chiz: -sympathetic look- Aww, so sorry to hear that. I'm Michael.
-shakes hands-
Me: I'm Kimberley. So nice to meet you. Can you sign this for me? -hands cd-
Chiz: Yeah sure. -smiles-
Me: (trying to make small talk b/c i was just so goddamn nervous i couldn't think of anything else to say.) Are you ready for the show?
Chiz: Oh yeah! I just have to go warm up a little bit though. -hands back cd-

Jack to everyone: HEY EVERYONE! MEET AND GREET PHOTO OP!

Everyone started gathering around. I crouched down next to Chiz. We took a serious picture and then a funny one. Then all returns to chatting.

I'm still standing next to Chiz and Butcher stands next to him throwing around a sharpie, trying to catch it and do some tricks. Hahaha, Butcher, please stick to throwing drumsticks instead. Might I add, his tattoos are so breathtaking in person. So then he drops the sharpie near me. I pick it up andd..
Butcher: -laughs- Sorry!
Me: Haha it's ok. Are you ready for the show?
Butcher: Mhm definitely. I didn't catch your name? What was it? -smiles-
Me: Kimberley. -smiles back- Can you sign this for me, Butcher? -hands cd-
Butcher: -takes cd + signs-
Me: Thank you.
Butcher: No, thank you for coming out tonight! :)
Me: I wouldn't miss it for the world.
Chiz: -says something in Australian lingo-
Butcher: What?
Chiz: I said--
Butcher to me: This happens everyday. -laughs- Do you remember the TAI episode where he talks completely Australian?
Me: Ahaha of course. Aust In Translation.
Butcher: That seriously happened. -laughs- We didn't make it up!

Jack to everyone: 5 MINUTES GUYS
Me to Butcher: Can I have hug? -hopeful expression-
Butcher: -smiles- -hugs-

Chiz is still standing there next to Butcher.
Chiz: Ahh! 5 minutes. Have you met Sisky yet, Kimberley?
Me: Oh no I haven't. :/
Chiz: -takes me by the hand and takes me to Sisky-
(oh wow.. sweetheart much?)
Chiz to Sisky: Adam, this is Kimberley. She came late.
(gee. there goes the 'late' thing again.)
-chiz starts talking to a couple girls to the right of sisky-
Sisky: Hey! I'm Adam. What's your name? -smiles-
Me: Kimberley. -returns smile-
Sisky: Kimberley? The name of the pink power ranger. She was my favorite one! -laughs-
Me: Ahaha, she was mine too. She had my name and was pink.
Sisky: You stole her name.
Me: Noooo.
Sisky: Suree.
Me: Haha, can you sign this for me, Sisky? -hands cd-
Sisky: -laughs- -takes cd-
Me: -while sisky signs- I really like your Bob Marley shirt.
Sisky: -looks down at shirt- -grins- Thanks! -hands back cd- Have you met everyone yet?
Me: Everyone, except William.
Sisky: -concerned look- We only have a couple minutes left. I really don't want you not to meet him. -gives me a little push to where Bill was next to him-
Me: You're too sweet. Thanks Sisky. Nice meeting you.
-he smiles-

This is the first time I ever saw William, up-close and all. He is so damn tall. I only came up to his moobs. Saw a little chest hair. Hey! Couldn't help it. Chest in face.
Me: -looks up- Hi Wi-william. I'm Kk-imberley. (let me just say, pictures & videos DO NOT do him any justice AT ALL. he is absolutely so.. wow. he had such a genuine sweet smile on his face.)
William: -reaches for a hug-
(this man's precious, alright.)
William: How are you? Are you ready for the greatest night ever?
Me: Heck yes! And tonight is already starting to be an insanely great night. -smiles- I've been a fan for two years and this is first time seeing you guys live.
William: -still has the caring look in his eyes- Aww! I'm so sorry, but I'm really glad you came out tonight. Really glad. Did you come late tonight though?
Me: D: Yeah. I just got really confused as to where to go.
William: Awww, I'm really sorry to hear that, but next time, be on time okay? I don't want you to be missing out. -laughs-
Me: -embarassed look- Aw okay.
William: What songs are you excited to hear tonight?
Me: -unintentionally- 40 Steps
(what? i just blurted that out.)
William: Ooooo -smiles-
Me: Seed will be great too. -smiles back-
William: Will you be ready for my tambourine?
Me: Haha, it'll be the best part! -hands cd- Can you sign this for me William?
William: Yeah of course. -takes cd-
Me: (there was no more room left on the cd, so..) Ohh, there's no more room on the cd. You can sign here then. -points to lyric book- -my hand grazes his right- -he kinda just takes it + holds it- -ME = DEAD-
William: -hands cd back- Aw, I think we have to go warm up a little bit now. Sorry. -seriously genuine concerned in his eyes-
Me: Oh no worries. It was really nice to meet you William. -huge grin-
William: -reaches for another full on body hug-
(that's right. haha.)

Jack to everyone: Hey you guys. Sorry, but time crunch. :/

Everyone just starts to disperse a little. I walked over to Jack.
Me: So Jack, are you going to send us the the pictures?
Jack: Yeah! It'll be on the website. -smiles- So did you get to meet everyone?
Me: Yep! Thanks so much for letting me in when you really shouldn't have.
Jack: Don't worry about it. It's fine. (and then he said something about me being unorganized. baha, thanks, jack. you're the best.)

Jack to everyone: C'mon you guys. I'll show you the way out.

Soo.. The Rocket Summer just stopped playing.. I was in a daze. I really felt I should've made more conversation, but with having so little time and me being all weak in the knees by the sight of those guys, I'll wait for next time. :) They were so truly genuine and such total sweethearts. This is why I'm so dedicated + devoted to them. That's what I was thinking throughtout the whole night after the m&g. I always thought that meeting a band was intangible. I'm not exactly sure why I thought that. I'm probably just so used to not going to any small club shows, let alone any concerts/shows. I wish I could've told them how much they have impacted my life, for the better. Honestly, without them, I wouldn't be who I am today. I've always heard that the guys were so sweet and all, but having personal experience really made my love and respect for them reach a new level.

Well back to the show. :)
I just stood in the back, just relaxing and enjoying the whole positive atmosphere. I saw James at the top of the stairs (which was only 3 steps leading towards the bar) and yelled out "James!" He looked at me and I waved with a huge smile. He waved back and started grinning. I could tell he was kinda surprised. Haha. So then I went to the merch booth and Bryce from TRS was signing stuff. I asked him to sign my Converse and I told him he played an amazing show.

Armor For Sleep played. Not bad at all. Not at all. They impressed me by quite a lot. The bassist has got extreme talent. I was speechless watching him play.

Right after AFS, I jumped back into the crowd where Ahna and three of her friends from school she met up with. It took a lot of pushing and "Excuse me." to get to where I wanted. I felt bad, but it lasted for 10 seconds.

While the crew was setting up, these five girls kept saying "Hey sexy!" to James + Tony. It made me lol big time. Oh and "Oh that's right! Bend down some more." and "Wooooooo! Come to mama!"
They were around 14/15. I felt so embarassed for Tony + James, to be honest. I said "I love you James!" once and "HAI TONY!" once. Those girls turned around and asked, "His name's James?! Which one's James?" I said, "The guy with the black-ish hair. Their sound guy. Tony is their tour manager; the one wearing a muscle shirt." The girls: "Ooooooo. Sexy."
HILARIOUS. I called out to Mikey (drum tech) a couple times. He looked up and I waved. Waved back. :) I think Tony + James are used to the whole "sexy beast" comments while setting up for the show since they don't look out to the crowd to see who's saying they're delicious. Haha.

Finally.. THE ACADEMY IS...
I'm at a loss at words to describe their performance. They started off with Same Blood; great choice of an opening song! ADKFJ;AJF;KASF I don't even know what else to say. There IS so much more to say, but -sigh-. It's more of a you-had-to-be-there kind of story/experience. During Attention, while Bill was singing, he pointed at me (I was close enough to him to know that he was pointing to me) and smiled as I was singing along clearly enjoying the show.
I just love how Chiz plays in front of Butcher and then face-to-face with Sisky. Back to back with Bill. All these little things the guys do during the show, I find so great. Gee, I'm lame. Hah.
Their performance was so incredible. The crowd was really interactive; singing along and dancing. Jumping. Just having a great time. Checkmarks was probably my favorite song of the night. Actually all of the songs were delivered so amazing. At one point, I yelled out "I love you Willy B!" and "Play The Fever next!" and this girl next to me said "Oh I agree!"
During Almost Here, William came out towards the crowd and he was just like a magnet. Wherever he goes, everyone goes obv. I was absolutely shocked they didn't play 40 Steps. I heard somewhere on the comm that they didn't have enough time and whatnot. There's a fee for the number of hours/min you go overboard at the venue. Totally sucked, but what more could I ask for, you know? :)

After their set ended, Tony + James were throwing out set lists and picks. Didn't get one. :[ But oh well. This girl and this guy right next to me started fighting over Butcher's drum stick. It was intense.

Ahna + I met up with her mom and went to go watch Glass Intrepid (a local band that played at Houston's HCT). They're really good. I was a bit worried about knowing that the guys were going to be outside talking to the fans. I wanted to tell them about how I thought their show as amazing and how they did an incredible job before I left.

So we walked out of the bar area (bar is connected to the room Glass Intrepid were playing at). Ahna told me to stop and turn my head left. WILLY B. There were only a couple of older girls talking to him. Ahna and I definitely did not want to barge in on them, so we waited. A guy was waiting to talk to Bill before us, so after him, we kinda just started talking to William.
William to Ahna: Hey! What's your name?
Ahna: Ahna. -shakes hands-
William: How'd you enjoy the show, Kimberley?
(i was surprised he remembered my name.)
Me: You guys were amazing!
(i was starstruck yet again. i know they're just regular guys, but first-timer here. i couldn't help it. haha.)
William: Aww thanks. Thank you both for coming out tonight.
Me: Bill, do you mind if I get a picture with you?
William: Not at all. -smiles-

Ahna took our picture. I hated how I turned out, but William turned out great as usual. :]

Right when I was going to take a picture of Ahna + Bill, my camera died. :[:[:[ I felt so bad for Ahna. I already met him twice and she didn't get to take a picture, so he signed her ticket instead.

Me: (i was very hesitant about doing this. i felt bothersome.) -hopeful voice as possible- William? Do you mind signing my.. shoe?
William: Hahaha not a problem.
-i took it off and handed it to him-
Me: I hope I'm not being too demanding or consuming so much of your time. I know you're tired and all and have a whole group of--
William: -stops me by looking at me as if i was crazy- Kimberley, not at all. Don't worry. I'll have to go and talk to the fans outside soon, but I'm really enjoying this time right now. -smiles-
-ME = DEAD-
William: -hands back the shoe-
Me: Tonight was so amazing, William. Thank you guys so much for that. -smiles back-
William: -reaches for a hug- Come again next time, okay?
Me: Definitely!

So then we left the venue and walked past the minature crowd around William by the buses. He was the only one out there. I guess the others were still in the bus. They probably came back out after we left though. I really wanted to see the rest of the guys though. They were tired and needed a quick rest, I guess. Totally fine.
Now I have post-concert depression. I've been having it the day after the show and today. It's like an emotional rollercoaster. -sigh- It might sound cliche to say, but it was very surreal. Just meeting the people who have impacted my life and changed my perspective on so many things, for the better, felt so unbelieveable. The day after the show during school, I kept thinking to my self "Did this really happen?" And I constantly looked down at my shoe and smiled, and the realization settled in every time. Haha. I know they're just regular guys, but when someone has seriously changed your life, how can you just say "Thank you."? No words can describe how much I appreciate what they have done for me. That's why I was so nervous and you saw a lot of "ME=DEAD" thoughts embedded into the recap. Haha. I'm just really grateful that I got to meet them. Hopefully I can meet them another time soon. I won't be as nervous as I was before and plus, I'll have more time to actually have a conversation with them. :]
To whomever that read this all, thank you so much. I really do appreciate it. I know it's one hell of a long recap, but this was my first TAI show, so.. I can't keep it down to a paragraph. Plus, I'm posting this for personal reasons as well.
